The Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan Postgraduate Entrance Examination for postgraduate admissions of mainland universities to those from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. is a unified preliminary entrance examination for postgraduate students from mainland China. 2024 was the first session.

Exam Type
The exam is worth a total of 150 points, with a time limit of 180 minutes. Z001 Comprehensive Ability (I) covers three subjects: Chinese Culture, English, and Logical Reasoning, and is primarily geared towards liberal arts and business majors. Z002 Comprehensive Ability (II) covers three subjects: Chinese Culture, English, and Basic Mathematics, and is primarily geared towards science and engineering majors.
