What is AP?
AP (Advanced Placement Courses) are elective courses offered to high school students in the United States that meet university academic standards and competency. They are offered by the College Board. AP scores are not only valid for credit toward corresponding courses at American universities, but also serve as a key admissions consideration for universities. AP exams are scored on a 5-point scale, with 5 representing exceptionally high achievement, 4 representing excellent achievement, and 3 representing a passing score.
